It also stated " With the aspiration of having its own unique identity and atmosphere, the community is set to become one of the most thriving and social market towns in the region. 5,500 new homes and over 80,000 m employment and retail space. Three primary schools and a secondary school. Sherford will be a thriving and sustainable community, with its own unique way of life." The header had Sherford as the highest ranking keyword. It was followed by New, Town, and Community which isn't as ranked as highly as Sherford. The next words the site used was Plymouth. Devon was also included but will not be viewed by search crawlers.
